Ⅰ. Desulphurization, Denitration and Dust Collection Principles The high-pressure water mist is continuous and even, with small particle diameter minimized to Nano scale. Its specific surface area is far bigger than that of the common water mist. Also it has high-speed mist particle and high density, with many special properties: quickly absorbing heat and reducing temperature and greatly increasing the surface area of water film contacting the dust and gases like SO2 and NOx, thus easily removing the dust, NOx and SO2 through absorption, moistening, agglomeration and weight gaining in the gas state, liquid state and vaporizing state between them. In this way the high efficient desulphurization, denitration, dust collection and temperature reduction are realized. Ⅱ. Desulphurization, Denitration and Dust Collection Process Flow The high-pressure water mist desulphurization, denitration and dust collection technology adopts different process flows in accordance with boilers and industrial kilns of different types and local raw materials and fuels, as well as combined with the emission requirements of different places. Application Type High-pressure water mist desulphurization, denitration and dust collection technology is applicable for boilers of various types and places like industrial kilns. 1. Applicable for middle-size and large boiler, especially for the middle-size and large coal-fired power plants, with high desulphurization and dust collection efficiency. 2. The cyclone dust collector or two-stage electric dust collector can be selected for the dust reduction of middle-size and small coal-fired boiler, to save investment and operation cost. 3. Its boiler slag can be used as building material to reduce the cost; the high-pressure water mist can conduct dust reduction and desulphurization with low cost, high efficiency and stable operation. 5. Applicable for coal saving and combustion supporting for coal-fired boiler, to improve the heat efficiency and reduce the boiler slag and the emission of sulphur dioxide. 8. Applicable for the emission places for malodorous gas with toxin and hazard such as chemical plant, plastics plant, feedstuff factory, non-ferrous smelting and waste incineration, especially advantageous for malodor removal in the old plant modification and new plant with limited land. Ⅳ.
